I recommend between 28-32 weeks of gestation

I usually recommend booking a Maternity Experience when you turn 12 weeks of gestation.The shooting instead will take place between 28 to 34 weeks of gestation. This is so that your bump is nice and round, but before the final weeks when you can feel more uncomfortable and tired.

Maternity sessions usually take 1 hour. In that time, I aim to do a variety of poses, setups, and outfit changes. I also include images with your partner and other children if desired. The sessions are never rushed and designed to be a relaxing and stress-free experience.

All Maternity Experience sessions are tailored specifically to you. I will work closely with you and learn from your ideas and expectations by sharing a questionnaire too make sure that your vision becomes a reality. You will have access to my luxurious client wardrobe, a selection of beautiful gowns to make you feel beautiful. The client closet is offered in all my sessions and it’s my business superpower!  Once your session is booked, I will send you a Maternity Guide with plenty of tips on how to prepare for your photo session and the client wardrobe catalogue.

Absolutely. Professional hair and makeup artistry is recommended for stunning portrait, so you can sit back and relax before your maternity session begins. I work with a highly qualified professional artist who produces wonderful results that complement my style of photography. The make up session is available on request and with an extra cost of £90.

Unfortunately, I am not able to provide makeup for the outdoor sessions.

I work from my home studio in North West London. The studio is a 2-minute walk from Dollis Hill Station (Jubilee line) in Willesden, NW10. For clients driving I am providing parking for no additional cost. I am also able to shoot outdoors for Maternity sessions and have sourced a number of fantastic locations that we can use. Outdoor maternity sessions are seasonal from late May to late August

My Maternity Experience packages starts at £499.

After the photo shoot, you will be invited back to the studio around two/three weeks later to view your final gallery of images. Professional photo retouching is included in your session. I specialise in the most comprehensive and detailed editing using my vast experience as a photographer and University lecturer in this field. While we will focus on creating a natural look I will edit your photos to your liking.
